Manfred Langer

Manfred Langer has over 40 years of experience in glassblowing.

In 1951, he became an apprentice at the Technical University of Berlin. Three years later, he was a scientific glassblower. Manfred moved to Canada in 1957 to work at the Position Glass Company. Four years later he emigrated to Chicago where he worked at the H.S. Martin company (also where Keki Mistry worked at the time). Manfred became a foreman eight years later at the William A. Sales Company. In 1980, Manfred came to work for MSU.
