1. Page 24: In point 4, the last part of the sentance should be changed from "... where the corrected fluorescence signal is less than three times the standard deviation of the blank." to say "... where the corrected fluorescence signal is less than three times the standard deviation of the blank plus the mean of the blank."

2. Page 25: In point 4, "Set the zero level with the blank solution in the cuvette." should be changed to "Measure the fluorescence of the blank."

3. Page 40: In the Treatment of Results section, part 2, "... draw a graph of calcium absorbance... " should be changed to "... draw a graph of calcium emission... "

4. Page 85: In the Dependence of Retention Time and HEPT on Flow Rate section, the acronym HEPT should be changed to HETP (height equivalent of a theoretical plate).

5. Page 92: In the PAH Determination of Water section, part 1, "River water unknowns may contain... " should be changed to "Water unknowns may contain... " Also in the IIIA. Questions section, question 1, the word "river" should be deleted.
